KD means kiln-dried. Boards are dried to a stable moisture content, so they install true and stay that way.
E4E means eased four edges. All four long edges are lightly rounded, so there are no sharp corners.
Random lengths means each bundle holds a mix of lengths between 8′ and 20′.
